Our retainer is a complete digital support package. Depending on your plan, it includes web design & development, UX/UI improvements, landing page creation, web site maintenance, SEO, CRO (conversion optimization), HubSpot support, reporting, and ongoing technical advisory. Essentially, you get a dedicated digital team working on whatever your business needs most, every month.

How many hours do I get, and can I roll over unused hours?

Standard plans include 12 senior blended hours per month, and smaller plans start at 6 hours. 50% of unused hours roll over to the next month, giving you flexibility to handle occasional spikes in work. Any hours beyond your plan can be purchased at £125/hour.

Can I change my plan after signing up?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your retainer after the first three months. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, ensuring you always have the right level of support for your business.

How do we communicate and track progress?

We keep everything transparent and easy to follow. You’ll have:

What if I need something outside the retainer scope?

Some larger projects like full website redesigns, high-volume development sprints, or urgent after-hours requests fall outside the retainer. In these cases, we provide a separate scope and quote. Smaller enhancements, optimizations, or advisory tasks are all included in your monthly hours.
